The My Voice Survey helps educators discover how a student perceives the school environment, what motivates and inspires the student to achieve and how well the student believes the school is meeting those objectives. My Voice Survey and its custom reports focus on eight conditions that need to be in place if students are to strive for, and fulfill, their academic, personal and social promise. Based on more than two decades of research and developed by Dr. Russell Quaglia of Aspirations Unlimited and the Quaglia Institute for Student Aspirations (QISA), these conditions emphasize relationships, engaged learning, and students’ sense of purpose. The My Voice Survey includes staff, parent and elementary and secondary student surveys, and also offers supporting materials and professional development.
